Do I need to book?
No. Just walk in during opening hours. A quick call or WhatsApp first means we can give you a price and check we have the part for your model.
How long will my repair take?
Most screen, battery and charging port repairs on phones are done within the hour. Drop it off and pick it up when it's ready. iPads, laptops and consoles are usually ready the same day.
How much will it cost?
It depends on your model and, for screens, which quality of screen you choose. Call or message with your model and we'll give you a price for each option before you set off.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay for the repair. It's no fix, no fee.
What guarantee do I get?
Every repair comes with a 90-day guarantee on parts. If a part we fitted turns out to be faulty, we replace it free of charge. Accidental damage isn't covered.
What do you repair?
iPhones, Samsung phones, iPads, most other phones and tablets, laptops, and Xbox and PlayStation consoles. We don't repair foldable phones.
Do you do anything besides repairs?
Yes. We also handle liquid damage, software resets, printing, scanning, photocopying and laminating, listed under Services, and we sell chargers, cables, headphones, cases and screen protectors, listed under Products.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is plenty of on-street parking close to the shop.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. NHS staff, police, fire service and armed forces get 10% off. Mention it when you call or drop in.
When are you open?
Usually Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. Hours can change around holidays, so check Google for today's.
